A diverse and inclusive culture

To highlight the importance of inclusivity to our business, Putnam has created the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

One key responsibility of the office is championing Business Impact Groups that promote networking and engage hundreds of associates in constructive dialog to make the company better on all levels.

These circles of support focus on education and awareness, development, and retention, and help us build stronger relationships with and gain deeper insights into one other.

Established in 2004, the Diversity Advisory Council includes members representing all levels of employees and all parts of our business. The council provides guidance on Putnam's overall diversity and inclusion efforts.
