Ms. DeMore is a Portfolio Manager of Putnam Large Cap Value Fund, Putnam International Value Fund,
and related exchange-traded funds and separately managed accounts. Previously at Putnam, she served
as an Assistant Portfolio Manager of these funds and as an Analyst in the Equity Research group, covering
the non-U.S. financials, telecommunications, and utilities sectors. Ms. DeMore joined Putnam in 2006 and
has been in the investment industry since 2002.
